This is a practical draft terms summary for DinePulse. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before final commercial use.
Service scope
DinePulse provides SaaS tools for restaurant QR menus, menu media, table-oriented workflows, booking or feedback requests where enabled, and plan-appropriate admin tools.
Operational limits
DinePulse is not a POS, cashier, accounting, tax invoice, or official ordering system. A Phiếu tạm is a temporary guest-interest or staff handoff aid, not an official order or bill.
Restaurant responsibilities
Restaurants are responsible for menu accuracy, prices, allergens, promotions, lawful media, customer communication, staff training, and account access management.
Billing and availability
DinePulse billing and plan changes are currently manual. Service availability may depend on third-party infrastructure, internet access, maintenance, and restaurant devices.
