Privacy Policy
This is a practical draft privacy summary for DinePulse. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before final commercial use.
What we collect
DinePulse may process restaurant profile data, menu content, QR/menu analytics events, table codes, booking guest name/phone/email, feedback ratings/comments, consent signals, and technical logs.
Why we collect it
We use data to provide QR menus, support booking and feedback workflows, improve service reliability, provide internal analytics, and help restaurants operate their DinePulse account.
Who can access it
Restaurant admins can access their restaurant data according to permissions and plan features. Authorized DinePulse operators may access data for support, security, troubleshooting, and internal aggregate analytics.
Retention and deletion
Raw analytics retention is targeted for 60–90 days in the future, while aggregate metrics may be kept longer. Booking and feedback deletion requests should be sent to the restaurant or DinePulse support for verification and handling.
